1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Woven LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Woven LLC provides AI consulting and implementation services for small to mid-market businesses. Specific engagement terms, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual Statement of Work documents.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed during an engagement belongs to the client upon full payment, except for pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, and tools which remain Woven LLC property.

4. Confidentiality

All client information, data, and business operations observed during engagements are held in strict confidence and governed by executed Non-Disclosure Agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Woven LLC liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. Woven LLC is not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual engagement agreements. Typical structure: 50% upon start, 50% upon completion or monthly for ongoing advisory services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment for work completed through the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Woven LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

Woven LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
